The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent and the room clean, tidy and extremely comfortable. The location was excellent for walking into the town. There was nothing that we could fault. Above all the hotel had a wonderful charm about it. There was also a disabled bay right outside the hotel although the hotel itself had onsite parking.

I stayed for 2 nights, one heading south; the other returning north. My room was upgraded for the second night. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble, including car parking. It is only a short walk into the town. Beaune itself is excellent, with bars, shop and bistros/restaurants aplenty. I will certainly return to Beaune, and Hôtel Henry II!

Great location for walking into Beaune old town. Secure underground parking (for an extra charge which we knew about in advance). This was the main reason we booked this hotel as we were on a motorbike. Comfy warm room, lovely bed, very quiet (we were at the back), slept really well. Tea and coffee making facilities were a nice touch.

The value for location and facilities for what we paid was great. The front desk staff was nice and the location within walking distance of the old town was great. Public free parking is nearby around the corner and if you want to pay 15 euros you can park at the hotel as well. Vineyards are close either by car or walk in town.
